Operator
You have a technical mindset and enjoy working with large machinery. You work precisely, can adapt quickly during busy periods, and like to contribute ideas for process optimisation. Previous experience as an operator is a plus, but not essential motivation and a willingness to learn are just as important. You’re available for 2- or 3-shift work and live in the region.

Do you enjoy working in a technical production environment with large machines, clear processes, and a well-coordinated team? In this role, you’ll make sure the production line runs exactly as it should.
Dit ga je doen
As an operator, you’ll be responsible for operating and monitoring a modern production line where metal panels are manufactured. You’ll set up machines, carry out quality checks, and take action when deviations occur. Together with your colleagues, you’ll keep the process running smoothly without errors and at the right pace. You’ll also help with changeovers when switching products and share ideas for process improvements. This is a down-to-earth, hands-on technical environment where you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
